Opportunity
With over a billion dollars in annual revenue and regular features in media, MAI wanted to ensure their website reflected their brand profile. The previous website had several issues:
- Was not user-friendly, creating challenges in navigation and finding information
- Had issues with spam through existing contact forms and security
- An overall visual design that was outdated

Approach
Outreach took a multi-step approach to this web design project, including Discovery, Visual Blueprint, Development & Testing. To determine the requirements and key design approach, Outreach took into account competitor companies and existing client branding to develop a clean and appealing design that was modern and fit the identity of MAI. MAI wanted to also make sure their locations were featured more, so the design and layout supported that goal. Outreach developed a sitemap and structure to determine how to layout the pages so users can access key information.
